Travel Events
What makes us different? We personally visit each school well before our tours to ensure everyday of the tour is effective for you. Most of our costs are spent advertising for our visits and exhibitions. In addition to our digital & newspaper ads, we also physically mail our tour brochure to hundreds of schools throughout Asia. We know it is impossible to visit every school in each city on the tour, but we want to make sure they have your information. We are confident that a better value in international student recruitment doesn’t exist.
We understand that traveling for work is different from a vacation, but we promise to deliver a very effective and entertaining tour that will rank as one of the best work trips you’ve ever been on!
Virtual Events
To accommodate universities and colleges during this pandemic, AEO Tour has offered and will continue to offer multiple virtual events throughout East and Southeast Asia. We are mindful of the challenges facing international recruitment this school year and have created a variety of events for every budget. These events have proven to not only be very effective, but very affordable for you. A staple of AEO Tour is to provide affordable recruitment events that will give you a high ROI. We are excited to offer the following events below for the 2022-23 school year!
Fall 2023 – Southeast Asia Part 1: Sept. 21 – Oct. 3 (Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi)
*You have the flexibility to sign up for the entire tour or individual countries.
- 3 countries, 5 cities, 13 days
- Approximately 25-32 in-person school fairs with top international and local schools
- *2 AEO public exhibitions held in 5-star ballrooms (Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi)
- Advertising and promotions of exhibitions (Physically – brochures, mailings, newspaper advertisements. Digitally – social media, Google ads, online newspapers, etc.)
- Digital student leads from each exhibition will be collected and shared with each university
- Inter-Asia airfares (option)
- Deluxe hotel accommodations (option)
- Buffet breakfasts each morning (option)
- Group ground transportation
- Inclusion in the tour brochure (Physical and Digital brochure that gets distributed to hundreds of schools)
- Group dinners (1 in most cities)
- International Travel Insurance
- Chiang Mai Excursion (optional)
- Visas not included – they are the responsibility of each participant
