The AEO Tour offers multiple options throughout the year to assist you in your recruitment goals. We have decided to hold off on face to face tours this fall and replaced them with virtual events. We will look forward to resuming our regular tours in Asia in 2021.

AEO Tour offers the best student recruitment tours of Asia. Between our 2021 Fall tours, we will visit 14 cities in Asia and another 9 cities in the Spring 2021. As usual, the AEO Tour is 30–60 percent lower in cost than any other tour. Not only do we offer affordable tours, the cities we choose have proven to be excellent markets for recruiting high quality, full fee-paying international markets. We are confident that we provide the best value and are confident that one or more of our options this fall and spring will be perfect for your university or college. Please see the options below:

Virtual Events

For the first time in our 35 years, we are offering virtual events to help bridge the gap between schools in Asia and universities and colleges in the US. The counselor fair will be free and the 2 student virtual fairs will just be $200. We understand what an unprecedented time we are in now and are doing the best to help you connect with great students at a low cost. We will not make any profit with our student virtual fairs this fall as all of the cost will go towards promoting and advertising to get qualified students to attend. Counselor Virtual Fair (SE Asia) – Wednesday, August 26th 9pm-11pm EDT/6pm-8pm PDT

  • Connecting university reps with counselors throughout SE Asia. This will be a free virtual fair for both school counselors in Asia and US University representatives to network and collaborate
  • Each university will receive their own virtual room

Registration Deadline: Friday, August 14th

AEO Tour Week of Virtual School Visits Part 1 (SE Asia) – Monday, Sept. 28th-Friday, Oct. 2nd

    • Each university will receive their own virtual room
    • 2-3 virtual school visits will be arranged each school day of the week
    • Participating schools will be from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, and Jakarta
    • A digital brochure will be compiled and sent to each school counselor in advance to our virtual visit
    • Each university will receive the list of students that pre-register, register and participate
    • We are confident this will be the most effective recruitment event in SE Asia this fall!

Cost: $1,000
Registration Deadline: Friday, Sept. 11th

Student Virtual Fair (SE & East Asia) – Thursday, October 22nd 8am-10am EDT/5am-7am PDT

  • Each university will receive their own virtual room
  • Universities will alternate between a presentation and a Q&A every 20 minutes. (e.g., 8:00-8:20 – University Presentation, 8:20-8:40 – Q&A, 8:40-9:00 – University Presentation, 9:00-9:20 – Q&A, 9:20-9:40 – University Presentation, 9:40-10:00 – Q&A)
  • School profiles will be made for each university with their key information and distributed to our network of thousands of schools in SE & East Asia
  • Strategic paid advertising campaigns to target only interested and qualified students from SE Asia
  • Each university will receive the list of students that pre-register, register and participate

Cost: $200

AEO Tour Week of Virtual School Visits Part 2 (East Asia) – Monday, Nov. 9th – Friday, Nov. 13th

  • Each university will receive their own virtual room
  • 2-3 virtual school visits will be arranged each school day of the week
  • Participating schools will be from South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Japan
  • Each university will receive the list of students that pre-register, register and participate
  • A digital brochure will be compiled and sent to each school counselor in advance to our virtual visit
  • Each university will receive the list of students that pre-register, register and participate
  • We are confident this will be the most effective recruitment event in East Asia this fall!

Cost: $1,000
Registration Deadline: Friday, October 9th

  • Buffet breakfasts each morning
  • Group dinners

Cost: Full Tour = $11,900,
w/out hotels and airfares = $8,900
