Winona State University is a public university holding the No. 1 student success rate in the Minnesota state system of colleges and universities. International students receive the Cross-Cultural Scholarship which offers in-state tuition rate. Additional scholarships are available for first-year and transfer students. We offer individual attention with an average class size of 19. Located in the beautiful Upper Mississippi River Valley of southeastern Minnesota, WSU has around 80 undergraduate and 9 graduate programs. 98% of WSU graduates are hired in a field related to their degree. All degree programs offer opportunities for internships with some of the Midwest’s most prestigious companies.
