What makes us different? We personally visit each school well before our tours to ensure everyday of the tour is effective for you. Most of our costs are spent advertising for our visits and exhibitions and ensuring that you have a world-class experience in Asia. In addition to our digital & newspaper ads, we also physically mail our tour brochure to hundreds of schools throughout Asia. We know it is impossible to visit every school in each city on the tour, but we want to make sure they have your information. We are confident that a better value in international student recruitment doesn’t exist.

AEO Tour – 1st Annual SE Asia Counselor Networking Conference + School Visits – Denpasar, Indonesia: February 29-March 3

1st Annual AEO Tour SE Asia Counselor Networking Conference:
We are so excited for this and think it will be an amazing weekend with the AEO Family! As this is the first conference we have hosted of this nature, we want to keep the numbers small and intimate. This is an optional add-on to the start of our Spring SE Asia Tour.

Details:
-Nominate up to 3 counselors in SE Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) that you would like to work with more and we will invite one of them for the weekend and cover their expenses! (Think of those counselors that don’t have the opportunities to travel to large international conferences)
-Breakout sessions, training & workshops (everyone will have an opportunity to contribute!)
-Team building activities
-Excursion
-Group lunches & dinner

Approximately 30-40 in-person school fairs with top international and local schools
*2 AEO public exhibitions held in 5-star ballrooms (Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi)
Advertising and promotions of exhibitions (Physically – brochures, mailings, newspaper advertisements. Digitally – social media, Google ads, online newspapers, etc.)
Digital student leads from each exhibition will be collected and shared with each university
